YesStyle prices already include VAT. EU customers WILL NOT be charged additional VAT fees upon delivery of their orders.

Many EU customers have expressed concern as their purchases from many non-EU retailers have been hit with additional VAT charges since July 1, 2021. YesStyle declares that its EU customers will not pay additional VAT upon delivery as YesStyle prices are already VAT-inclusive.

When will my order arrive?
In general, the delivery time of your shipment can be determined using the following formula:

Estimated delivery time = Product availability + Estimated shipping time of chosen Shipping Method.

The Expected Ship Out Date is the day that we estimate your order will leave our warehouse, and can be determined using the greatest number of days in the "availability" range of the items in your order. The Expected Ship Out Date is also marked on the Order Confirmation e-mail sent to you after placing your order.

How will my orders be shipped?

[Express Shipping]
Orders are shipped via international couriers, which operate in most countries. Orders may also be shipped using EMS (Express Mail Service), which is delivered via local post offices. Tracking numbers are provided for all shipments. YesStyle will use its discretion to determine the best courier for each order, and reserves the right to change couriers without prior notice.

[Expedited Shipping - offered to select countries only]
Orders are shipped via courier or the Post office. Tracking numbers are provided for all shipments. YesStyle will use its discretion to determine the best courier for each order, and reserves the right to change couriers without prior notice.

[Standard Shipping or Premium Standard Shipping]
Orders are shipped via the Post Office by eParcel or Registered Post. YesStyle will use its discretion to determine the best shipping agent for each order, and reserves the right to change shipping agents without prior notice.

Will my shipment come with a tracking number or code?
All orders shipped using Express Shipping come with a tracking number or code supplied by the selected courier, such as UPS, FedEx, EMS or DHL. Orders shipped using Standard Shipping or Premium Standard Shipping may or may not come with a tracking number.

Trackable orders sent via Standard Shipping or Premium Standard Shipping can be tracked through your local post office. If available, tracking numbers and relevant links can be found in "My Account" under the Shipping and Tracking section of shipped orders in your Order History.

Can my shipment be delivered to a Post Office box?
[Express Shipping]
Most Express Shipping couriers will not deliver to Post Office (PO, APO, FPO, DPO) boxes. For more efficient delivery of your order, we advise that you not use a Post Office box when placing orders. Doing so may delay your shipment.

[Standard Shipping or Premium Standard Shipping]
Standard or Premium Standard shipments can be delivered to Post Office (PO, APO, FPO, DPO) boxes. However, we encourage customers to avoid using Post Office boxes in case shipments are upgraded to Express Shipping, which cannot be delivered to Post Office boxes.
What is SF Express self pick-up shipping method?
This option is only available for orders shipping to Hong Kong. Customers can have their YesStyle orders shipped to a preferred SF Express location, which can be chosen upon placing an order.

No additional charge must be paid when customers pick up orders, but a shipping fee is applied according to our shipping rate table since YesStyle will ship the order to the SF Express location of the customer's choice.

Customers are advised to contact SF Express or check the SF Express website for the selected location's actual business hours. (Note: SF Express locations and business hours may change without further notice.)

SF Express self-pickup service offered by YesStyle is only applicable for pickups at SF Express stores, service centers and EF Locker in Hong Kong. We do not provide self-pickup service from SF Express Authorized Service Points and SF Express locations outside Hong Kong.

Instructions when picking up orders from SF Express locations:
  • Upon shipment of your order, a tracking number will be issued. Customers can use the tracking number to see if their order has reached the selected SF Express location.
  • SF Express will contact customers by phone or SMS to arrange pickup.
  • Once contacted by SF Express customers are advised to pick up the order within 3 days. Orders not picked up will be returned to YesStyle, after which our Customer Service Team will contact customers for reshipment arrangements and reshipping fees.

Instructions when picking up orders from EF Locker:

  • Receiver will receive SMS or phone notification from Boxz Self Pick Elocker once the parcel is delivered to the service point of Boxz Self Pick Elocker.
  • Receiver MUST go the designated parcel locker and input password according to the SMS notification for parcels picked up at Boxz Self Pick Elocker.
  • Once contacted by SF Express customers are advised to pick up the order within 3 days. Orders not picked up will be returned to YesStyle, after which our Customer Service Team will contact customers for reshipment arrangements and reshipping fees.
What happens to my order if it can't be delivered and is returned to YesStyle?
All shipments returned to YesStyle are considered “undeliverable”. Reasons for undeliverable shipments include incorrect shipping address, failed delivery attempts by the post office provider (i.e., the recipient is unavailable), or unclaimed shipments held by the courier agent.

When we receive undeliverable shipments, we will notify customers via email to arrange for reshipment. All reshipments incur handling fees plus reshipment fees that are the same as YesStyle’s regular shipping fees. Reshipment fees will be applied regardless of the original shipment’s eligibility for free shipping. Additional courier charges for return shipping may also apply.
I originally chose Standard or Premium Standard Shipping but have added more items to my order. Will my order now qualify for Free Express Shipping?
If you change your order such that the total purchase amount reaches the minimum purchase requirement for Free Express Shipping, then you can upgrade your order from Standard or Premium Standard to Express Shipping. We will not upgrade your shipping method without your consent. Please contact a Customer Service representative if you wish to upgrade from Standard or Premium Standard to Express Shipping. Please note that Free Express Shipping is only available to the specific regions and countries listed in the Shipping Rates table above. Please refer to the Shipping Rates table for details.
