How do I join the YesStyle Elite Club?

• When you register an account at YesStyle, you are automatically enrolled in the YesStyle Elite Club. A virtual membership card will be issued to you and can be seen on your My Account page.
  
  Any person who creates an account at www.yesasia.com and subsequently logs into YesStyle.com through that account will automatically be enrolled in the Elite Club as a member. No additional sign-up procedure is required.

What are YS Points?

• YS Points are earned by YesStyle Elite Club members when making purchases at YesStyle. YS Points are granted upon order approval, but your total YS Points may be recalculated once the order is shipped, depending on cancellations, refunds or other changes. 100 YS Points can be redeemed at checkout for US$ 1 good towards YesStyle purchases.

How long will my Elite Club membership be valid?

• YesStyle Elite Club memberships, excluding Regular memberships, are valid until the end of the twelfth calendar month from the date a membership tier is attained.
  
  For example, if a customer is upgraded to Gold membership in mid-June then the membership expires at the end of June of the following year.
  
  Regular memberships do not expire.

How do I renew my Elite Club membership?

• There is no need to renew membership once you have registered at YesStyle. However, your membership tier may be extended or downgraded depending on your cumulative spending at YesStyle within the one-year period of your current membership tier.

  If your cumulative spending reaches a higher purchase requirement during the one-year period of your current membership tier, you will be upgraded within the next business day to a higher tier that will be valid for a new one-year period.

What is cumulative spending?

• Cumulative spending is your total amount spent at YesStyle during a given period of time, and is used to determine your membership status. Please visit "How do I calculate cumulative spending" for more details.

How to calculate the cumulative spending?

• Your cumulative spending is determined by the total amount you spend at YesStyle during a given period of time.
  
  Cumulative spending is the sum total of every US dollar, or US dollar equivalent in other currencies, spent on a YesStyle purchase, excluding coupon values, shipping fees, tax, and YS Points used as payment. If a sale or discounted item is included in an order, the reduced price will be used to calculate your cumulative spending.
  
  Returning unwanted items to YesStyle may result in deductions from your cumulative spending based on the amount that was refunded.
  
  Your cumulative spending carries over when you are upgraded from Regular to Bronze member, or from Bronze to Silver member. For example, if you spend US$ 35 as a Regular member and are upgraded to Bronze member, you retain the US$ 35 in your cumulative spending during your Bronze membership. However, when the one-year membership period expires, the carryover spending will be subtracted from your cumulative spending when used to determine your membership tier in the following year.
  
  Also, your cumulative spending will be reset to zero when you are upgraded to Gold membership. Depending on your cumulative spending during your time as a Gold member, your membership will be downgraded or extended.
  
  

Why am I being upgraded/downgraded?

• YesStyle will review your cumulative spending at certain times, resulting in an upgrade, an extension or a downgrade to your membership tier.
  
  If your cumulative spending reaches a certain spending threshold during a given month, you will be upgraded to the next membership tier by the following day. Your new membership tier will last one year, unless your cumulative spending reaches another spending threshold and you are upgraded again. For example, once you upgrade from Bronze to Silver member, your Silver membership will be valid for one year starting the month you upgraded to Silver. After four months, if you reach the US$ 500 spending threshold, your membership will be upgraded again to Gold member, which will be valid for one year starting the month you upgraded to Gold.
  
  If you remain at a single membership tier for a full year, your membership will expire and your cumulative spending, minus any carryover spending from previous tiers, will be used to determine your next membership tier, which will either be an extension of your current tier or a downgrade to a previous tier. For example, if achieve Silver tier at US$ 120 and then spend US $80 as a Silver member, you will have a cumulative spending of US$ 200. If your membership expires one year later with your cumulative spending at US $ 200, the US$ 120 carryover will be subtracted and the new cumulative spending will be US$ 80. You will then be a Bronze member.
