First things first, I'm not going to comment on the pain because it's honestly pointless in my opinion and it should already be a given when you see the words " hair removal " that it's going to have some kind of pain no matter which route you go to remove hair lol. With that aside, the spring does its job really well and faster than I would've with just a normal pair of tweezers, however, if you have sensitive skin like me and don't like the tingling or
stinging sensation, you can just put on some aloe vera gel on the area right after your done using the spring and the redness and tingling sensation should go away in about 10 minutes.

I am so glad I found this and I don't have to use wax stripes that always made me break out. A little bit painful but hey! If such a crybaby like me could do it and succeed you can do it too!

I use this product religiously. I can be somewhat OCD when it comes to excess hair and plucking just takes so long and then you still end up missing some. Even with a full grown peach fuzz, this takes just a minute to grab every single hair. It's definitely not pain free but if you're used to plucking, it's definitely nothing new. Same pain, less time.

This product is way more amazing than I expected it to be! It just functions as thread hair removal, which is pretty amazing for such a small thing. It doesn't hurt too bad if you're used to thread hair removal, but it can be a bit painful if you're not used to it. But I've got nothing to complain about!

This definitely works, but it also hurts (as expected). Takes a little time to get the hang of any every now and then I have to go in with tweezers to remove a pesky hair that doesn't want to come out, but overall great!

I had to watch some youtube videos to figure how to use it. Once I got the hang of it, it worked but only on certain parts of my face. It is extremely difficult to use it on upper lip and chin area.

Great product, it actually works. It obviously hurts because you’re pulling your hair out, but I noticed it doesn’t make your skin red like waxing does.

it does need some practice and it will be sore the first couple of times, but you'll get so used to it and its super easy to use and effective
