Due to our end-of-year inventory process and the New Year holidays, shipping services will be temporarily suspended from December 29, 2021 to January 1, 2022. To receive a Customs Tax refund, please submit your Customs Tax receipt within 30 days of the receipt date using this form.

YesStyle would like to respond to the recent announcement from PURITO regarding the SPF content of select sunscreen products. The items in question are listed below.

The brand is conducting its own laboratory tests on these items and awaiting results. It will reportedly take 2-3 months for the results to be determined. In the meantime, we will be accepting refund requests. A dedicated refund process will be arranged for customers placing orders between June 1, 2020 and December 9, 2020. Returning the items to YesStyle will not be required. Please input your email address in the above field and we will notify you in approximately 2 weeks with further instructions.

If you placed a recent order that has not yet shipped, we have already cancelled the items from your order. A refund email will be sent once the remaining items in your order have been shipped.

The items in question are no longer available for purchase from YesStyle. We hope the steps we’ve taken will help resolve this matter. If you have further concerns regarding these PURITO products, please do let us know.
